here and decided to make these muffins tonight. Only 2 main ingredients (I added a few more for fun) and you have some quick, yummy muffins! I wouldn't exactly call these health food (boxed cake mix??), but they are low in fat and fairly low in calories too (under 200 per fairly large muffin).
These taste really good too! You can't even tell they have pumpkin in them - they are just a light, moist, yummy, chocolate-y muffin. Feed them to unsuspecting victims as you see fit.
