Healthy Weekend Breakfast Sandwich

Keep it simple and delicious on the weekend with a healthy turkey bacon breakfast sandwich! And it's only 325 calories!



















You will need:

1 whole wheat sandwich thin (or english muffin!)
1 egg
3 strips turkey bacon
1/8 cup cheddar cheese

Cook the egg on the stove in a small frying pan (break the yolk but don't scramble it into little pieces). Cook the turkey bacon if it is not already ready. Toast the sandwich thin (be careful it doesn't fall through the crack and you never see it again...) Sprinkle the cheese on both sides of the bread and microwave about 30 seconds or until melted. Add the cooked egg and 3 strips of bacon (broken in half). Enjoy!
