See my favorite recipe here. (Men's Favorites #22 - haha - can you tell it's from 1971?) I never put nuts in them, but Jeff likes white chocolate chips sometimes. The trick is not to bake them too long - when they still look a little doughy (try 9 minutes for normal sized cookies), take them out and leave them on the cookie sheet for about 2 minutes and then take them off. This keeps them softer!
I forgot to take an after picture! I did take all of them camping with us last weekend and none came back home - so that is a good sign :)
